Dam pessaries

Do you ladies feel like as soon as you put them in they are sliding right back out ? I can’t get them any higher !! So annoying as I feel like I’m not getting enough progesterone because it’s all in my pants 😮‍💨 any tips ?

Oh no!! Do you have an applicator? If not, ask your provider for one - it can really help! Also, it only take 20ish minutes for the progesterone to absorb, so try laying down for 20 minutes after insertion and then if it falls out, no biggie

I changed to rectal use, it was making me so sore aswell and dry, I had better results on my progestrone bloods too 😊

I use them rectally. As long as you lay down 20-30 mins when using vaginally the only thing that would be leaking out would be the coconut oil based casing.

Not too far, you will know! The main thing is that it stays in. No need to lay down with rectally.

Nope just poke it in and it goes the rest of the way for you. You don't have to put your finger in your rectum
