Nausea close to second trimester ?

I’m feeling so down both physically and mentally. I’m at 13 weeks…I thought the sooner I got to second trimester, I’d be feeling more relieved from the nausea and morning sickness. I’ve always had nausea during weeks 8-11 but never threw up until this past week and yesterday was the worst. Has anyone had a similar experience ? Does it go away 😭 I’m literally suffering and the worst part is when you can’t even vomit 🤮

My morning sickness was hell until 14 weeks and then the switch flipped. Make sure you get plenty of fluids in you and if you can’t keep food down, let your midwife know. I hope it lets up for you 🙏🏻

Thank you ! I hope my switch flips soon 😂🙏

I’ve heard ginger biscuits can help or if you are really desperate eating a lemon after every meal (don’t ask but it worked!) 🤣

So tough. Mine lasted until 19 weeks and gradually tapered off from around 15. It will pass!! Just have to hang in there. I noticed mine was worse when I had pushed myself and was tired. Once it passes you feel so amazing like you can do anything haha you got this!!

I have to stop myself from Throwing up all day at 12 weeks. It’s like the feeling is constantly at the back of my throat. The only thing that helps me is eating healthier, staying active, and drinking more water.

Mine stopped around week 16 or 17🥲 but it does get better. ❤️‍🩹

Similar to the above comments.. mine got abit better around 13-14 weeks and was pretty much gone by 16 weeks. Hopefully it gets easier for you lovely! x

I’m close to 13 weeks my nausea and morning sickness became the worst I’m throwing up a lot 😔😢

@Ameri omg yes !!! It’s like I want to throw up but can’t. Sometimes I’d eat a banana or yogurt in the morning to cause a gag reflex just so I can throw up and it works sometimes lol

@harshitha I feel for you. We’re in this together 😌❤️ hang in there and always stay hydrated ! Here are some things that have helped from my experience and others : ginger tea, ginger ale , salt crackers , yogurts , smoothies , bananas (has b6 vitamin) , b6 vitamin (if it’s the 100 mg , split it into fourths and take 3 daily as recommended by my doctor …) , ice chips , frozen grapes , acupuncture wrist bands ..

@Amy ginger biscuits ! Hmm never heard of that one lol. I’ve realized anything acidic is a trigger for me so unfortunately I have to stay away from sour , sweet and spicy food 🥺

Thank you so much❤️😍 I will try ginger ale and tea 😊I have tried smoothies and bananas before but which is not working for me unfortunately😔

Oh yeah! Definitely avoid the lemon then… but the ginger biscuits might be your friend! 🤣

I was the same until around 18 weeks
