A positive LH test indicates that you will ovulate in the next 24-36 hours, and the egg survives another 12-24 after that. So your window after a positive LH is anywhere from 36-60 hours. If you are concerned about the quality of your cervical mucus you could also use something like preseed to aid in getting sperm into your system to get to the egg: https://www.target.com/p/preseed-fertility-friendly-lube-for-women-trying-to-conceive-1-4oz/-/A-12916526 Fertile quality cervical mucus is just as important as the timing of intercourse.
