Mat Leave!!

Enjoy the days with no child. Cos when they arrive you never get a days rest again 🤣

Yeah this is what I’m thinking I’m sure the feeling of “missing work” will soon be forgotten about! Haha

@Sammy I never missed work 🤣 I’m on maternity leave for the second time and I don’t get 20 seconds of peace!

My favourite time during my Mat leave was the 6 days after setting by out of office and before going into labour 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I loved working too but loved being on maternity leave. It’s hard but I loved it. Enjoy it as it goes by so quickly ❤️

I was the same before I went on holiday/mat leave. I thought I'd miss work, as I never took time off unless I had things planned. But now I know I couldn't of worked any longer and actually enjoying it. been on holiday since the beginning of September and mat leave don't kick in until fist work in October.

I had exactly 28 days off before I gave birth, I was in terrible pain with SPD I’m not sure how I worked so much until the end in a demanding job. I don’t miss work I actually now realise how much I missed out on working 6 days a week. The month before with no work and no baby was amazing. Just chilling, getting stuff ready and loads of Netflix, I’d love that month again 😂

I also loved work but now I don’t want to go back and I have another 6 months off🤣

Haha well yes by time I finish I will have 2 and half weeks left!! All just a waiting game x

Most women don't miss work but I'm one of the rare ones I guess. I like working. My leave was 5 months and I was so happy to go back to work. I was so bored on leave. But being a mom is a LOT of work definitely a full time job. You'll do great though.
