Maybe speak with your midwife if you're worried. Looks like I might have gestational diabetes, which is on the brink of being diagnosed but only because I've been having growth scans. I also have a dry mouth regularly but don't know if they are connected, so worth checking it out. I'm 37+1 today x

Me too! I'm 35 weeks and I've been thirsty through the whole second and third trimester. I'll go through a litre during the night, then three during the day. I've asked my midwife about diabetes and she's been checking my urine and had a growth scan yesterday and seems to be fine. But keeping an eye on it. I'm just glad to hear someone else has this too!

Have you tried drinking something with electrolytes? Like a sports drink or coconut water? This typically quenches my thirst and I def don’t have GD

I have been having growth scans and drinking lots of water. Went for GTT this week but all clear. Midwife thinks it's good as my urine samples have always been very good.

I’ve had growth scans too baby is measuring big but only because of the length of her legs pulling the weight up. Deffo gonna try the electrolytes glad others are the same I know it can be a meal symptom but just wake up quite frequent now for a drink of water. Thanks girls ☺️ x
