@Sarah , I thought that as well, but he was nappy free for naps for a month though, that's what is puzzling me 🤔
My little boy was dry during naps and then he wasn't. Of course that was the day he was asleep on me! I learned my lesson.
@Sarah 😆
Does he have juice? We started potty training at 25 months too, he was dry for naps straight away. Then inconsistently dry at night, a couple of months later I decided to get rid of the nappies at night too because I had had enough of them 😅 we just take him once in the night to the toilet. All is fine and no accidents unless he has had juice. If he has had juice in the day without fail he will end up wetting the bed in the night 🤷♀️ but if he hasn’t had juice we don’t have any issues. So I’ve ended up getting rid of juice altogether and he just has water or milk now.
@Jess, how interesting! But no, he only has juice very occasionally. He does drink a good amount of water and milk, but he did that before as well and would still be dry for naps. We also had a period of waking up in the night and asking to go potty, but that all stopped a while back 🤔
I always understood dryness while asleep to be a hormonal change that can't be taught. I'd go back to using a pull up whilst he's asleep.
