Lexapro

Has anyone needed to increase their SSRI? I’m on 15 mg lexapro, having a lot of labile mood and weepiness and anxiety. I want to go to 20 mg. My doctor said jt was more than fine , who I totally trust, but then dr Google scares me :) anyone on 20 mg and had good outcomes with baby? Thats all I’m worried about is that baby will be okay
