You need to look at the progress every other day. HCG only rises significantly every 2-3 days. It’s still very early and the number of tests you’ve done in such close succession makes it really hard to tell I’m sure if you put 8 & 10 together you’d see progression

@Ceri-Ann i know ive gone crazy with testing it’s because my anxiety is through the roof with jt all due to having two chemicals in the past and Im really hoping and praying baby sticks this time🫶🏻

Woah that’s way too many tests you’ll never see progression like that. Test every other day at that time time of the day using the same brand and compare those then.

@Ellie I know ive gone crazy with testing🙈my anxiety is through the roof with me having two chemical pregnancies in the past so I’ve been testing like crazy. I’ve done a test first thing this morning and I’m gonna do another tonight and just stick to two tests a day🫶🏻

Unfortunately testing 100 times a day won’t change the outcome, test every few days , stress isn’t good for you both so over doing it with the testing will definitely not be helping you x

Although this is an outrageous amount of tests a day, I completely understand the anxiety and testing a handful of times. If it helps you then it helps you there’s no right or wrong just know you won’t see progression testing every few hours momma!! Maybe if you’re going to test multiple times a day just try using one test for each day or every other day and put them together to see your progression !! Congrats btw !!!

@Lauren wow that’s amazing! Your 10DPO test is a lot stronger than mine. Is this something I should be worried about? Also I’m 10DPO today and I’ve woke up with a cold could this have a negative effect?🤷🏻‍♀️🫶🏻

@Kirsty I understand that whatever will be will be and I also understand I need to learn to relax and go with the flo and hope for the best🫶🏻

@Natasha I’ve decided I’m going to test everyday but just morning and night time rather than every time I have a wee haha🫶🏻

@Libby-mae definitely not! I know I peaked on the 2nd so I could possibly be between 10-12 dpo when I taken the first test. They're the easy at home tests xx A cold wouldn't have any effect tbh xx I always test after lunch because fmu never works for me as I'm always up through the night at least once getting a drink xx

@Natasha I agree! You can test 1-3 times with lh tests but hcg should really be once every 1-2 days as it'll only increase anxiety if testing multiple times a dayxx

@Libby-mae I get the anxiety. I’ve had a chemical and currently 33 weeks with a subsequent pregnancy. Don’t try and compare your morning and evening tests. It will make your anxiety worse. As you go through the day your wee becomes more diluted and your tests will become lighter. Also don’t compare your tests to other peoples. Our bodies are all different. Implantation occurs at different stages for everyone and HCG rises differently but still appropriately for each person Have you spoken to your GP or early pregnancy unit? As you have had 2 previous losses you will be entitled to some support to try to sustain the pregnancy. Things like progesterone pessaries may be offered to you but it sounds like you could also probably do with some support from the anxiety side of things too

@Lauren I’m hoping that by the time I’m at 12DPO+ I’ll be seeing strong pink lines🫶🏻 I’m really worried about it as I’ve woken up this morning with a cold and I’m scared it’s gonna harm little one. According to google it won’t but I get anxious about everything🫶🏻

@Ceri-Ann I spoke to my midwife yesterday and she has booked me in for blood tests Monday and Wednesday to monitor my HCG levels. I’m going to call my doctors in a minute to enquire about progesterone as I wasn’t aware that this is something I would be entitled to that will also help me🫶🏻

@Lauren okay I’ll be sure to not test as much🫶🏻

@Libby-mae I was 20dpo with my first when I got vfl, 16dpo with my second and 10/12dpo to get a bfp with my third pregnancy. Ceri-ann is right, please don't compare tests to others as everyone's hcg rises differently xx

@Lauren with my little girl I didn’t test until the day after my missed period and that was a BFP! I really just wanna start seeing some progression🫶🏻

@Libby-mae I don't blame you. Try testing once a day. I would keep the 8dpo test, 1 of the 9dpo tests and the 10dpo test then continue testing daily. The remaining 9dpo tests you can throw away xx

@Lauren okay babe Thankyou so much for all your help!xx

Update - I’ve called my doctors regarding progesterone. Waiting for a midwife to call me back🫶🏻✨

Best of luck to you💙🩵💙

Why 7 on 1 day? Your levels are supposed to double every 48 hours, so you should only need to do 1 test a day or you could test every other day when they double so you don't waist tests. Good luck and congrats!

@Jen I don’t know why I decided to do that many tests I think it’s because of how anxious I am about something going wrong🫶🏻

@Libby-mae, I understand. Try to stop stressing. It's not good for you or baby. Ik it's easier said than done, good luck!!

@Jen I think I’ll feel better once I’ve got a BFP and my hcg levels have been monitored🫶🏻
