How are you planning to tell your family? My parents are coming into town in a few weeks. There aren’t any holidays/birthdays that would warrant giving them a gift package (so that would be too obvious). Looking for alternative ideas. I’m thinking: - hide pregnancy test in a board game box for my parents to “set up” (my dad loves Risk) - take a family photo/video and scream “I’m pregnant”

I got personalised stickers to go on a bottle of wine which said “pairs well with becoming grandparents” and put the wine in a bottle bag so they just thought I’d bought them a bottle of wine. I was the same as you, no occasions to warrant giving a gift x

This time I was boring and just called both sets and told them over the phone. With my daughter we told my in laws we stopped and grabbed some lottery tickets. We gave my MIL the fake ticket which revealed we were pregnant. For my dad I gave him a cup of coffee in a mug that said "the best dads get promoted to grandpas"

Funny enough I was going to surprise my dad but my pregnancy test fell out my pocket lmao talk about a fail 🤣🤣
