Yes I was always around 7.7 ish my fasting was 6.4 which is why I needed it even though I would say I feel worse now in mornings now they are lower, plus the rush of insulin at night makes me feel soooo rubbish honestly feel like ignoring it and just go back to what I was doing before 😂
In it lol… it’s enough hard on us anyway , this GS needed to pop on top
I've been doing it for 9 weeks my tollerance seems quiet high compared to most so I have a decent amount of flexibility but I am getting fed up of it now. I had just got to the point where I could tolerate chocolate again (1st and 2nd trimester it was a no go) so just as I was able to start eating tasty food again, it was banned. I have been able to have the occasional chocolate biscuit as part of a meal but it's not the same as a good cup of tea and a couple of biscuits in the afternoon.
I am in the same situation, it feels like you can't eat any carbs or it's sky high
I walked around M&S yesterday researching snacks I’m going to buy 😂
Oh dear I can feel you when it comes to bar of chocolate this time :(. I am also with GD but not on insulin yet. Is your blood sugar level less than 7.9 after you started the insulin?
