How long have you been trying?

4 months

@Haley I know it's hard but give it time. Chances of conceiving aren't 100% each time even with properly timed BD. I'm starting cycle 3 so I feel you about the thought that I need to do more. If it helps maybe read Real Food for Fertility and incorporate some helpful things in your diet and make sure you're hydrating ❤️

Try going to a fertility clinic

What we did different the one month we conceived was bd 3 days in a row, ovulation day and the 2 days prior. Instead of every other day like we did prior.

@Haley I got nothing it's been a year for me this is the month I'm finally not tracking a single thing. I hear it causes stress on the body and when nothing is tracked is when it happens.

It takes 6-9 months for the average healthy couple to get pregnant. It can be super discouraging, but unfortunately that’s the case for a lot of people. I believe that the stat is that there is only like a 25% or 30% chance of getting pregnant each cycle that you try and time correctly. I know it’s really hard. I’m currently pregnant after almost a year and a half trying (technically only 13 or so cycles) with a miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies. Hoping this one sticks around. I’m sure your time will come! Hoping the best for you 🤞🏻💕

I totally get how frustrating it can be! Along with digital tests, you could try tracking other signs like cervical mucus or basal body temperature for extra info. Some women also add supplements like Ovulat to support their fertility journey. It’s all about finding what works best for your body! Have you thought about TTC Clinic?
