I second that. It feels better when you let go of that illusion of control cuz we really have very little. Are there extreme things that you can do to fuck up a pregnancy yeah but most things really don’t make a difference… ppl actively doing drugs and alcohol have babies and ppl starving and in all sorts of bad situations so it’s really up to your little embryo or a higher power if that’s what you believe in. So try to enjoy every day and I distracted myself as well. Good luck!
I stayed bed rest for the first 3 days and then little movement and eating healthy and not stressing over anything and it sticked 🥰

I don't mean this is the wrong way at all, but there's nothing you can do to help them stick. Equally, nothing you will do to make them not stick. So just eat right, move your body, and practice some mindfulness to keep your head and heart happy. Best of luck! It does happen first time for some, keep positive 🩵
