Maternity leave
Right so I have 2 jobs I’ve been on maternity leave for nearly 4 months now , only 1 job are paying me maternity pay through the government, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can go back to the 1 job that isn’t paying me maternity or would the other job stop paying maternity ?

You can work but not PAYE you can only do self employed type work where you don’t pay tax at source.
Are you receiving maternity allowance or smp? If it’s maternity allowance you cannot even do self employed work. You can only do 10 KIT days otherwise you’re maternity pay will be cancelled.
