Yes. With my first, I flew at 9 weeks for 40 minutes. My present pregnancy I flew at 7 and 9 weeks. Each way different flights. The longest was 9 hours and one 6 hrs. Just ensure that you walk around and move your leg as often as you can to prevent clots. For the 9 hours, I walked around 6 or 7 times. Went to the back of the plane a few times and stretched. Try compression stocking as well. Speak to your midwife. They will advise you.

Yes! I flew day of a frozen embryo transfer for about 2 hours, then recently flew at 22 weeks - 4 total flights about 1-2 hours each flight. Flying is completely safe in the first two trimesters when there is minimal risk of going into labor. If a longer flight, be sure to move around frequently. An aisle seat would be the move for sure!

I’d just be ready to handle morning sickness. Mine usually worsened significantly around 7-8 weeks. Ginger candies, carby snacks, water. Maybe a vomit bag just in case.

I flew at 7 weeks pregnant and it was fine. I was lucky though and didn’t experience any morning sickness. I had awful insomnia at the time so felt guilty how little sleep I was getting but aside from that I didn’t find it a problem

Yes, I flew 6/7 times with baby 1 and I just did flight 4 with baby 2. Totally fine, just hydrate, go for a walk about the cabin once or twice, wear stockings and enjoy. Also check your health insurance covers pregnancy and if further along get a fit to fly. I had to present mine for BA at week 26 xx

Just fly aisle seat! You’ll be alright. it sucks more than usual but I flew 5 hrs

Flew at 8 weeks no issues
