Feeling in awe of how amazing our bodies are 💙

Any tips on how to collect it? I’m producing it okay but not sure whether to try and ‘suck it up’ with a syringe straight from the nipple or not 😂

@Emma thats what i do 😂 they told us to do that at an infant feeding class

@Emma you can express into a sterilised container 😊

@Emma yes, my midwife said you can put into a sterile pot and then suck it up with the syringe if it’s too awkward to collect!
