Depo shot

Depot shot are only valid for 3 months as far as I’m aware, have you had your second one?

@Weronika yeah, I mean I’ve had 2 shots so up to now I’ve been on it 4 months, I had my first one hours after having my baby then second one in August, just I haven’t had any periods up to now on it so wasn’t expecting it 😂

If you were even a week late for the shot you could kick start you period ! I did that one time after being on depo for a year and bled for 37 days ended up in hospital 😂 When on depo just make sure you consistent with your administration dates, my doctor even let me do it at home 🤷‍♀️

@Lily definitely wasn’t late was spot on time, I didn’t know doing it at home was an option

Oh 👀 I like the depo shot , though it does have side effects, I have been fine , I didnt gain weight or lose weight and I didn't have my periods , but unfortunately you can't stay on depo forever

@Evangela I’ve been on it twice before this and I didn’t have any period etc either but I’ll give it some more time
