I’ve been taking 500 my of mag every day ( used to take 1000) as I workout a ton.Glycinate is easier on stomach.. everyone should be on mag always… especially for your heart- you need to be really careful especially with brands in America… you need to make sure they are non gmo
Headaches are more of an iron thing- you want at least 27 mg a day pregnant.
I’ve been taking magnesium this pregnancy and I think it’s helped with my mood and energy level. I could be wrong but I’m glad it was recommended to me by my pelvic floor therapist and my OB 😊

I was told to take this for headaches too. Heard it’s good for insomnia … honestly I’m not sure if it has helped me or not. Headaches are gone but it could have been weather related.
