Anyone else have an enormous baby?!

My LB turned 3 months on Sunday and is already in 6-9 month clothes. This was him today in his next to me. Slightly concerned as to how much longer he’s got in it to be honest! I can’t believe how big he is! My daughter had only just gone into 0-3 month clothes at 3 months old so I’m not used to a high centile baby. Kind of feel I’ve missed out on all the teeny baby clothes this time! Anyone else?

@Sophie oh bless him, he’s gorgeous! Crazy how they’re all so different isn’t it?! My son is in size 3 nappies, has been since he was 4 weeks. My daughter is 2 and still only in size 4’s! x

@Aimée thank-you! I know😅. The size 3 nappies started making marks around his thighs so needed to move up! My 3 year old wears a size 6 for bed, he's also grown into quite a tall boy, he's measuring at almost bang on 100cm (91st centile) x

Ladies any suggestions on where to buy socks for larger babies ? My little boys feet are too big for outfits with feet and socks dig in to his chunky legs even in bigger sizes. Xx

Same here, 14 weeks and he's 8.5kg. 3-6m on top but 6-9m bottoms. I tend to stick with trousers that are stretchy as it's easier. I'm combi feeding (2 bottles of formula a day) and the HV said to drop the bottles and just stick with breast milk as he doesn't need the extra calories

@M.E I've just got some lovely ribbed ones from Tesco in 6-12 months and they fit lovely xx

@Sophie ooh amazing I’ll give those a go. Thanks lovely xx

My son was 4 months old wearing 12 months. So I totally get it!!

My girl is quite big but not as chunky as my previous daughter. She's super long so has been in 6-9 for a couple weeks. Everyone keeps saying how tall she will be! The baby carrier is starting to hurt my back 😅 x

Mine is still in 0 3 months and she's is 2 months old should I be concerned

@Joanne absolutely not, my first little boy was in newborn until he was 10 weeks old, all babies are very different x

@M.E I get mine from Tesco. He’s in size 6-12 months and they fit well x

@Elle mines exclusively breastfed and he’s still massive! 🤣

@Joanne definitely not. My first born didn’t go into 0-3 months until she was 2 months old. They’re all just so different x

@Aimée okay this definitely sounds the place to go. Thanks beaut xxx

@Sophie he must have long legs! Mine has a long torso so she needs 6-9 month vests but the trousers are too long for her at the moment! We haven’t got much longer in the next to me either, luckily she spends most of the night in my bed so I’m not too worried 🤣

@Lauren oh definitely, we are the same with his torso and vests too, I still can't quite believe the size of him😆. Oh haha yeah it won't matter much about the next to me then x

@Sophie I know! I met my friend’s 4 week old baby who was tiny, she said he was massive and 9lbs now, mine was 9lb 12oz at birth 🤣

@Lauren I feel you, my second boy was 9lb 12oz at birth too!
