Smiling
My little girl is 9 weeks and has only smiled like 3 or 4 times, anyone else like this?
My other daughter was smiling at 5 weeks and by 9 weeks she was beaming all the time!
Not sure if I should worry that she still isn’t properly smiling?

Was your baby born at full term? I can understand that its frustrating, but try not to compare, all babies are so different and we also need to remember they have their personalities and characters. You are saying she has smiled, which is positive. My baby was born at 37 weeks and smiled at around 8 weeks, now she is 10 weeks and very smiley. I
@Zane she was born 38 weeks, so full term not early. I know, I’m always telling everyone else to not compare babies😂 she will be 10 weeks tomorrow, she has only ever smiled at me and family are making comments saying she should be smiling by now and it’s playing on my mind! Xx

My twin boys are the same. They’ll be 9 week on Friday and we’ve only had the odd smile. Their big brother was about 5 weeks old when he started smiling. I guess they’ll just do it in their own terms when they’re ready x
