Has anyone tried a pregnancy belt to support with back ache? How did it work? Are they worth buying?

@Lauren I think there’s a size guide somewhere and I got my mum to measure round under my bump for me. I was just gonna order a large anyways like I do with clothes. Size guide agreed with me.
the one shown above really has helped me massively with my pelvic girdle pain. especially the one with the really thick back support :)
I’ve got the above belt too and it’s honestly heaven when you put it on 😂. I couldn’t find my last one from my last pregnancy so got a new one off vinted! X
Mines been amazing. I’m using the third trimester additional strap now which has made a big difference in my 3rd trimester
