Walked round town for 6 hours this past weekend, I'm 36 weeks As long as you feel OK I don't see why not, walking is a good form of exercise

Yes it’s good as long as you don’t feel like you’re overdoing it

As long as you have regular breaks - perfect excuse for food or a drink - then you'll be absolutely fine. The only thing I was advised (more dog walks than shopping) was to just take it steady, smaller steps and rest as if you walk for too long/too quickly you cause pelvic girdle pain and that can become really uncomfortable/painful ❤️ Listen to your body and you'll still have a great day shopping! Xx

Did a 8 mile (flat) walk with dog at 39 weeks…as long as you’re comfortable with it no issue

Yes my job is heavily based on walking around and as long as you feel up to it then it’s not a problem x

I wish I could walk 😭 I’m 35 weeks on Saturday and just struggled to walk around b&q 😂 x

Walking around the house is cumbersome for me.. i wish i could do more but my back hurts. 35 weeks currently

Yeah exercise is fine. I was doing laps of shopping centres at 41 weeks my first pregnancy
