Terrified for no reason... 🥺🤦‍♀️

So this is not my first rodeo. 👶 I have a 12yo born by emergency c-s and a 17-month-old born by elective c-s. I'm 29w with baby #3 and I know he will be a planned section at 37w due to GD and other health issues. And for some reason, this week, it's like it's all getting real again, and I'm starting to feel scared about going in to have him. And I feel so silly as I've been there, done that. I know how everything will go and what will happen, etc. But I just can't shake this feeling of anxiety and fear that keeps building every time I think about going in to have a baby. 😢

The moment you feel that anxiety creep in start your positive affirmations… in fact, get them up on your walls now and surround yourself with them 😍 you’ve done this before, you’re a super mumma and you are blessed with another beautiful healthy baby. Remind your brain (train in not to let the anxiety in) that you are strong, that you are excited to meet your LO, that this is going to be an amazing experience. You can do it!! 💪🏽🥰

My first was an emergency c section and trying for a vbac 2nd time round now, tbh I felt like the c section was soooo easy! I know everyone is different but you got this girl!! You've had 2 c sections and if I'm correct you don't actually go through the pains of contractions do you? I'm sorry you're feeling anxious but you'll be okay 😊

I totally get you I’ve just had my 3rd all 3 of mine were sections 7 year old 11month old and my current one not going to lie I think I panicked the more I had but yet the last one which was 4 weeks ago was by far the best and most relaxed one I’ve had. Think I had worked myself up so much the months and weeks before hand just wasn’t expecting it to go ok! The staff are fabulous and my partner had us all entertained so it felt so relaxed.hope it all goes all ok for you I’m sure it will just wanted you to know your not alone 🥰

Thankyou ladies. Reading your comments has made me feel so better. ❤️
