How to end things
How do I end a relationship with someone who’s threatening me if I leave. I tried to end the relationship and he threatened to kick my door down and batter me and threatened my family and friends houses etc. then he apologised and cried to me and I “forgave” him quickly because I knew it would stop him continuing the threats. How do I leave the relationship without the big blow up? Struggling :( thanks in advance for any replies
Are you living together or separately? Are you in Australia? Have you gone to police with his threats? This would be enough to get a restraining order. There are also support services that can assist with increasing security around the home (locks, cameras, security doors). I am a counsellor supporting women experiencing family violence.
