Curious if i should anticipate being induced this week.

My birth plan is that both baby and I are healthy and safe. 😊 I just want to take the best course of action that will achieve this. Unfortunately, my first pregnancy I almost didn't make it. This pregnancy I am in a new state with a different team. Just kinda want to be prepared. They have all my paper work from my last and just curious because I had preeclampsia with my last if its more rountine once you are 37 weeks and showing sigms of high BP that they just pull the plug or they wait a bit.
@Rosanna oh my goodness 😲 I totally feel you in not wanting tobe induced but also know how scary preeclampsia os and just wanting to be healthy for baby and have a safe delivery. I am surprised they are waiting so long. I hate not feeling heard and its our health and life, not theirs.
I was induced at exactly 37 weeks. But my bb was measuring 3+ weeks behind and he was born at just 4.7 lbs 😭 I feel like your docs will just assess all of the risks and ultimately do what’s best for you + baby. But if your BP is rising and you’re full-term, I’d probably plan for induction!
@Deanna I am glad you both are okay. Pregnancy can be such scary time 😭 I am sure your momma heart went threw alot with him being so small.
Update: so blood work was sent so waiting on results, also if I am diagnose as Hypertension than i will be induced next week
At 37 weeks I reckon they could yeah. It’s technically full term and if you’ve had it before for that long and your ok now but on the edge of having it again I think they would just do it whilst it’s safe Etc ❤️. Hope you feel better soon and they come safely xx
