What about looking for something on vinted if you’re in the UK? They often have sets on there you can pick up at a good price.
Homemade jam, scented wheat pack, nice oil or cream for belly, eye mask, face mask, a lovely tea blend, herbal bath infusion blend, lip balm, homemade biscuits, soup
I brought a nappy caddy like £10 and filled with some baby bits ( nappies 79p Aldi) , wipes 99p, some cheap nice muslins
Maybe some food they can put in their freezer or some homemade baked goods! Nothing shows care more to a new mama than a hearty meal and a sweet treat x

Someone gifted me a Sanctuary spa mum pamper gift set and it’s been so lovely to pull out when I fancy a treat! Not sure how expensive they are but defo recommend a nice gift set for those moments you do get to have a nice soak/ pamper x
