Hey all is anyone taking setraline whilst pregnant. I was on a good path to coming off it prior to being pregnant now I feel like after 3 days I’m feeling super unwell alongside all the pregnancy symptoms and needing to take it. Just feel like a lazy slug right now…

I think if the advantages of taking it outweigh the lows they recommend taking it. There is a chance that the baby can be born and have withdrawals however .
Sertraline is safe in pregnancy. I take 100mg: be kind to yourself I also feel shower lazy and sluggish, but your growing a little human so allow yourself to feel all the emotions and don’t beat yourself up your not alone xx
I’m on citalopram but all I’ve done is lower my dose as mentally I need them and physically was not willing to go through withdrawal as well as pregnancy symptoms 😂
I’m on 200mg of Sertraline and no plans to come off it. I think you have to stay in hospital for either 24 or 48 hrs after birth for baby to be monitored

I am on it, and take it each day, one tablet. My doctor hasn’t recommended I come off it as also feeling very low with pregnancy symptoms
