When did you all register with your hospital?
My registration form asks for details of my birth…but I have no idea how to fill out. I’m not doing a c section or induction so how am I supposed to know when I’ll go into labor and actually have the baby?! I’m 32 weeks.

Probably asking for due date and maybe they are asking for your birth plan requests. So delayed cord clamping, dad cuts cord, etc.
I registered when I was 30 weeks, my doctor told me that if I was confused that I could call the hospital and tell them I wanted to register for birth and it would probably be easier that way and it was!
I registered at 17 weeks but the only reason why I did it so early is because my ob required it at the time. I don’t remember those detailed questions though.

Without seeing the form it's hard to say but I'm going to guess it's wanting your due date.
