Had my test yesterday so wasn’t expecting results straight away, but with my last pregnancy got them the same day on my app. (Week day appointment)

I had my test yesterday and all they said was hopefully the diabetic midwife won’t you. But there was no time frame on it. So no idea when I can take no news as good news. Not much help but I’m in a similar situation of limbo.
