How do I get a doctors license revoked?

This Obgyn just lied on my paperwork and this was the last straw with how she’s been treating me. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and now have no idea what I’m going to do about a doctor and I’m freaking out! She’s dangerous and I already submitted a complaint online but I don’t think that’s enough for lying on medical records.

Look up her medical license and report her to the medical board she’s licensed under

@KhyRee long story short she lied about doing tests she didn’t do today and lied about me not staying at the office to finish my glucose test! When she literally watched them draw my blood at the end of an hour!
