Back pain

I’m 22 weeks tomorrow and starting to get lower back pain now. Is anyone else in the same boat? I know my bump is getting much bigger now so I’m contemplating getting a pregnancy pillow. Has anyone got any recommendations? Any other tips for helping with back pain would be greatly appreciated ❤️

I’m also 22 weeks tomorrow and my back and ribs have been awful. I had a pregnancy massage which definitely helped. I have self referred to nhs physio my midwife sent me the form to do it. They have managed to get me an appointment in 3 weeks but I think I’m going to pay to see an osteopath to get some treatment/advice as it’s really disturbing my sleep

👋 me . I swear this pregnancy I am bigger than my last 3.

Me! 23+2 but I’m terrible at leaning over tablets (I’m a teacher)

When I've been on my feet for a few hours, yes!

PharMeDoc Pregnancy Pillow, Sage... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BRTFKBNY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share This really helped me. Also try using a hot pack and taking a warm shower before bed has helped me alot.

Yes me too I don't have to do much to now get a back ache 😫

@Kimberley I’m also a Teacher so I’m the exact same! I don’t know a solution to the problem though 😂x

@Annie thanks so much xx

I’m 24 weeks now and the lower back pain is real!

God yes this is me!!! I bought a support belt which helps massively holding the bump up. God help us when we hit the 3rd trimester 🤣😅
