Yes the bowl used to pour down veggies and mix them :)
I think Haier do a compact food processor with a glass bowl. I use a regular handheld blender and puree in a Pyrex dish or pop it in the blender for things like soup.
I got a Philips steamer and blender 2in1 on Facebook market for £10.
