RE test of glucose
Hi all I've just been for consultat appointment and she said my baby has grown very quickly since my last scan and have to have the glucose test re done. Has anyone had this and it's still come back neg? Was negative first time, or if you have developed GD late in pregnancy is anyone able to share their experience x thanks all

Thank you ❤️ i didn't get my results, they said they would ring me if its positive and I didn't hear from them so they said everything was fine. I'm 32 weeks now x
There should still be a copy on your notes somewhere lovely or ask for it 😊 they said that'd ring me too and a week later I had a letter and I know people have had to chase so definitely do that this time 💖 I think it's from 34 they asvise not too, so I'd see how it goes and request the figures for the retest too lovely x

Do you know what your last readings were lovely? Was the second lower than the first? If so it may have been a missed spike, sadly common. Late on they may say to go straight on insulin. But how far gone are you? I'd massively recommend the gestational diabetes uk website for all tips diet wise if so and tbh I would anyway as late term it can also be wrong. I'd request testing at home for a week yourself over a gtt now but all depends how far you are xx
