You can take both at the same time just ensure you’re alternating correctly with the right amount of time in between doses
@Lola how long between each one should I take them? I have my appointment at 2:49 today so I'm not sure how I will alternate it as close as I can to the time of my appointment?
Yes all safe! Those two don’t interact negatively in anyway. I’d take them an hour to 45 minutes before the appointment (:
They do different things.. so sure
You can alternate motrin (ibuprofen) and Tylenol (acetaminophen) you just don't want to take 2 types of the same medication
I can’t remember exactly but it should say on the bottle how many hours in between. It’s usually every 4-6 hours but I forget off the top of my head which is which
One is ibuprofen and one is acetaminophen, so it’s two different things. It’s safe to alternate both.
