Ovulation

How do I know if I am ovulating each month if my periods aren’t always the same length every month. They change between 5-7 days in a month

Get some LH tests and start using them from after your period ends. I use easy at home ones and log them into Premom app which identifies your peak LH. You then know you’ll likely ovulate 24-36 hours after that peak.

@Ellie thanks for your advice I really appreciate it. I’m currently using period tracker app to keep a record of my periods & see when my most fertile days are in each month & the at home ovulation tests I’ve been using haven’t really worked so it’s made it all more confusing for me but maybe the ones I got weren’t that good idk :/ I’ll defo start using the premom app that you suggested. Thank you xx

What ovulation predictor kits have you tried?

I had cycles like this and used easy@home LH strips and the premom app to help work out when I was ovulating. Period tracker apps never worked for me as they’re only really good for women who have regular cycles

@Charley I used the one from boots x

@Becca oh really! Im gonna start using the premom app. Im due to come on my period tomorrow but hopefully I don’t come on !!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
