Breached

Went to a midwife appt Tuesday and she told me baby is breached rn . I am 30 weeks pregnant (31 tmmrw) and I know I still have time for her to flip but how will I know she has flipped without waiting for my next appt? I really want to get her to flip.. she’s my first and I want things as natural as possible. Speaking it into existence.

You could try to feel around and see if you feel her head in your pelvic area but it might be hard to recognize if it's actually her head or her butt. Also there's still loads of time left. My baby has been flip flopping a lot and now he's head down. I'm 33 weeks but he could very well end up flipping back to being butt down. It's just really unpredictable to be honest. For me I noticed a lot more pressure on my pelvic area and more lightening crotch when my kids flipped. I also felt heavier if that makes sense. And positions that were comfortable before are now uncomfortable because his head is there. So that's another thing to look out for but it's also not a for sure tell tale sign.

At my 32w2d appt, my baby was still breech. I started doing forward leaning inversions during the day but I’m only a few days in. I still feel kicks low so I don’t think it’s doing anything. But you could try checking out spinning babies for tips. I’m so stressed because my first was already flipped and in position by this point.

At my 32 week appointment my doctor said they won’t check position until 36 weeks since she can still flip back and fourth until that point, don’t worry you have time 😊
