When is best to start ttc again?

My partner and I want a 3rd child. I am 35y/o and just gave birth to our 2nd child. We are aware of our age (partner is actually 41y/o just turned). When would you recommend ttc again? How long to wait?

I’m 35 too and starting next month (as I’m waiting for some medication to come out of my system) my son will be 15months, I lost a baby when my son was 10months x

WHO recommends 18 months between delivery and falling pregnant again, other health sites recommend at least 12 months because the body has to recover and recharge vitamins and nutrients.

I’m 40 and TTC our second. I’d wait at least a year and a half.

@Boglárka just wary I had a couple of chemical pregnancies before (at 34y/o).
