@Cathy that's for the prep not the steriliser. @original poster I've the same steriliser we put white vinegar in where the water goes and run a cycle and then run a couple of normal cycles with water just to get rid of the vinegar smell

You can get descaling sachets from like b&m or Poundland shops like that and you just put it in with some water and hit go and then give it a wipe after
Just need white vinegar in the little silver circle and leave it to sit for 20 mins, then wipe off any build up with kitchen roll then run a normal cycle and thats it- we do ours about every 4 days

Use a kettle descaler ... Do it every time you see a build up ... "Oust" is what I use
