What protocol for frozen embryo transfer works best?

I have stage 4 endo (undiagnosed but an endometrioma is visible on my ovary) and I am planning to have an FET in a couple of months. There are so many protocols from natural, supplemented natural, medicated etc. Previously I was on supplemented natural where I timed my ovulation using a trigger shot. This time, my new clinic have given me estrogen tablets pre-transfer and progesterone post-transfer. I'm worried the estrogen will flare up my endo and create a hostile environment for implantation. Is this a valid concern? Those with more advanced endo, which protocol have you gone for (either successful or unsuccessful)? I want to make sure I'm giving this little embryo the best chance.

I’m having lap surgery in a few weeks to rule out endo as have had failed FET’s I’ve also read estrogen shouldn’t be taken if you have endo because it ‘adds fuel to the fire’ not sure what others have done with their protocols though as I’m totally confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have endo and my first FET failed and I took estrogen and progesterone my second FET was successful and I did two months of depot lupron to calm down the endo and then did take again estrogen progesterone and they added in baby aspirin and a couple of other things (pretty much second time around the doc followed an endo protocol). But yeah I did take estrogen both times.

Letrozole is a good option for us endo FETers! I did a natural FET first and that succeeded - he is 21mo. And then I did a Letrozole + trigger + progesterone FET and will give birth any minute now! These were recommended for me, as natural is fine and also letrozole suppresses estrogen. GLx

@Fed I also read letrozole and Lupron for a couple of months to suppress is good for endo
