Progesterone pessaries application

Lube will most likely shoot it right back out. It's like a bath bomb up in there. I don't think I ever got use to it. Lay down for 20 mins after no sex and after for ar least 30 mins. Hubby will feel the burn on his member otherwise and before will make it harder to stay in you. I would lay with my legs in the air

No I had no issue with inserting vaginally, it also started disintegrating immediately too and would come out within 10 mins unless I lay down after insertion. It might be irritating your vagina though - please get it checked out. I'm now using rectally and I am using lube for that as it's dry. x

@Cat I did it rectally in my first pregnancy, and I now think it is less messy. What type of lube do you use?

I just use KY jelly from Amazon. Can get it in pharmacies too. X

Yeah so I also ordered some blue nitrile gloves from Amazon too. I put a peasized amount of ky jelly onto my gloved finger and rub it on the tip of my finger down to my first knuckle, and I also rub a little on the tip of the pessary. Not the whole pessary though otherwise it gets super slippy 🤣 I made that mistake once and dropped a pessary and had to start again! Once you get passed the sphincter muscle the bowel sucks it in so I don't even insert my full finger, just the tip X x

I always used the back passage which is an option and no issues of it coming out
