Leave it as is

Warning its so uncomfortable 😭

I was told to take them, I have no idea what their for and I’m due next week, lol I’m like honestly exhausted at this point

I’ve never even heard of these 😮

@Daeja what is it even supposed to do??

@Anela I was told to start doing it n I'm in the same boat with not know what it does

It helps with thining the cervix. I was almost a week late when they told me to do it.

@Daeja I'm 34 + 6 and was told to start doing it and I'm unsure if that's to soon or just right cuase I was told at my last appointment on thrusday my brain is telling me it to soon but at the same time unsure about it

Thats weird i wonder why, i was only told to to help move labor along. maybe they saw you cervix is to thick? Idk it feels really soon to use any labor tactics.

@Daeja she hasn't even looked nor anything to do with my parts all she did was check on baby's heart beat

@Daeja should I wait before taking them ?

Yeah I think you should. Id ask at the next appointment, maybe there’s a reason but id found out before you start.

@Daeja I'll call her and ask a few things cuase it really seeming off now that I have some comments on this since I'm bearly 35 weeks and not due till October 20th , idk if she's trying unintentionally get me to go in to labor before my time due to me being high risk due to "over weight"

@Daeja I asked my aunt who is a nurse (imma just paste the text here ) " My nurse friend said she's hard of women at 35 weeks to start getting the body ready to have a baby. It does not start labor." I feel like it is to soon still but I'm making trust it even thou It seems odd to me

Evening primrose oil helps stretch the vaginal and perineal tissues. I’ve always heard capsule orally, oil massaged internally and externally OR punctured capsule inserted. Not sure how the oil would do its job if it wasn’t punctured! That’s all just from my research and my birth team

@Sophie I forgot to ask my midwife if I should poke a hole in it but at the same time I did it befor my nap (I should be sleeping atm for work but can't sleep ) and didn't poke a hole but I don't feel anything anymore so I assume it dissolved
