Potty training?

I think it's too early, but if she's your only one, go for it! It may take longer than you think. My 5 year old still has accidents 😅

@Brittany she’s my only one until November. I kinda figured it was to early but a lot of my family is saying to start her now

i can’t get my girl to go on the potty but i have the potty chair and she signs when she has to go and will run to it and point but AFTER she has gone. To me it was important to establish a positive relationship with going on the toilet so when she’s ready it isn’t such a hurdle to jump. She loves sitting on the potty and flushing. I think it’s a perfect time to start the basics and build on it naturally. We’ve been doing this for 2 months and every day is better than the last, so worth a shot!

It's not too early to start to introduce concepts at the least. Get a kid's potty and put it in the bathroom. When you go to the bathroom, bring her with you and tell her what you're doing. It's suggested to train for bowels first. You can look up songs like bye by poop ( yes, that's a potty training song) or others.

I started cause I was curious😅. I sat her on the potty, and she went on her 1st time🤷🏽‍♀️. I've been talking to her about bathroom things since she was 11 months old, and she's just now hit 14 months telling me when she poops. IMO, it can be done. I had her sister trained by 2 as well, but I may have waited til 18 months for her cause her attention span wasn't there🤭.

I bought my 13 month old a little potty she sits on it whenever I go to the restroom. So she can get use to sitting on it.

We started with my baby (kind of) cause he sees my 2.5yr old go so he also is curious

My LO isn’t walking yet but as soon as she does I’m planning on introducing the potty. Mainly because come November she won’t be my only one and that’s double the diapers.

I have thought about trying to do so but I think ima wait it out a bit longer it’s going to be hard since she likes to squat to use the restroom
