I go to therapy and honestly I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, even if you don't have any mental health issues. I've been going to therapy on and off with different therapists since I was really little, and I can honestly say that while it may take a bit to find a therapist that works for you, it can be super beneficial. Any time is the right time, and if you have to even question if you need therapy, your best bet is to look into therapists in your area and start there. Mental disabilities can make life really difficult so having a therapist can be life changing. If you can't for sure say that you don't need therapy, you probably need it, you just need to be patient with finding the right therapist and seeing results, as both can take a little while.

I feel like if you're questioning it you should go. It doesn't hurt anything, you can go once a month or every week. You don't have to be uncomfortable

I think therapy is helpful for anybody and you don't need a right time. Honestly, we can always improve ourselves and there's nothing wrong with that

Everyone could use a therapist. Mine has helped me through so many life changing events. When you find someone you like or you feel comfortable with, they can help you sort out a number of things with you & share different approached on how to address things.

I think any time is a good time to go to therapy but also if you’re asking the question then you should go. I find it helpful to just talk to someone who is not in the middle of the situation or problem. And they help make a plan to feel like you are making progress. I also know that it’s nice to just have someone who is there to listen to you. There have been so many time where I have not been heard and the listening is all I needed

I was having weekly acupuncture alongside my IVF helped me stay zen so much
