Nappies

The past week or so my baby has been wetting through every single nappy! I’ve always changed his nappy before a bottle, unless he’s done a poo and then I change it when he’s done it. We’ve been using aldi nappies since he was born but recently changed to size 5, they were fine for a while but now he leaks through them all! I tried Morrisons brand, Tesco, pull ups but still the same issue! Has anyone else had this issue? I started to worry he’s peeing excessively but doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort with it, maybe he’s just grown a bit and changed shape? 🙈 I can’t deal with this amount of laundry! 😂

@Danielle they dont feel like they’re too small though! I only just went up to size 5 a couple weeks back. Maybe I should give it a try though

I only get leaks when he’s due to go up a size. Was leaking for a few nights in a row recently, moved up a size and no leaks since. I also use the + ones from Aldi for extra absorbency.

@Chloe oh is that what + means? I thought it meant like slightly bigger 🙈 I could try going up a size but I feel size 6 would be massive for a 8 month old?

@Yvonne Yeah! No, it’s just extra absorbent, so maybe those if you think a 5 is a good fit, but to see if it helps to have a bit more absorbency, rather than going up a size. I don’t know how much of an overlap there is between 5-6 weight wise? Sometimes there’s a good few lbs overlap which means both sizes could fit
