Hi, did everyone get this at their first maternity appointment? My midwife never mentioned it and I'm now 10 weeks and received nothing

Midwife did mine at booking in as I said I’d got GP prescription for anti sickness tablets
My midwife did mine at the appointment but it took ages to come in the post!
Mine was emailed to me at the booking in appointment this time. Last time I got I sent about a week after my appointment.
Mine wasn’t mentioned during my booking appointment but arrived by email a few hours later
I got mine via email from my midwife.

I got mine from the GP you can fill out the form and get your midwife to stamp it. Just keep any prescription receipts to claim back.
