I’ve got one. I’ve had it for about two years now. Prior to I was using natural cycles with their regular thermometer. I think it is pretty reliable. I avoided pregnancy during that time using it and got pregnant on my first try with my second. Only have sex on the day they said I ovulated. My period recently came back so I’m getting back in the swing of the app recognizing my ovulation again.
The ring itself can be a little bulky. Its thicker than you average ring. But it fits on 6 of the 8 fingers they say it can track from. So I can switch it up when I get annoyed. I think the fitness side is better on watches but it will track that too.
Hi I used oura and natural cycles. My baby.is currently 4 months old! Didn't work for me too well but natural cycles with the normal bbt thermometer did great for me for years
