Trying for a baby

Hey! We are going to start trying for our second baby. I was lucky enough the first time round that we didn’t have to ‘try’ Any tips / recommendations? I’ve downloaded the flo app - did anyone else use this? Any advice welcome! Thanks

Clear blue digital ovulation strips x

Flo app was helpful for me but I think the biggest thing I can suggest is don’t stress and try not to think about it, we did everything when trying and it took me a year and a half and a chemical pregnancy before I fell pregnant, and I’m convinced it only happened because I was ill at the time and not thinking about it 😂

Don’t rely on the likes of Flo unless your periods are to the day regular and even then it’s only guessing ovulation based on an average. For me my ovulation was almost 2 weeks out vs Flo and I loosely followed it not intending to get pregnant and did! Highly recommend ovulation strips for at least the first couple months to work out when you actually ovulate and then if it’s regular / you want to relax a bit more you can. You stand a much better chance that way 😊 x
