Work after maternity leave

I am wondering if anyone knows of any work from home opportunities available. I was recently informed that my company could no longer employ me ( this came as quite a shock) as they are moving their entire business to the coast. I have two months of maternity leave left and am stressing about finding work again. Any ideas on what jobs are out there or where to even start looking?

Hey! I guess it depends what experience you have and what line of work you're looking for? And are you looking for flexible work to fit around your day so you don't have to do childcare?

@Luce i was in admin/customer care. Yes, exactly that. We haven’t even registered our little one with any daycare and the waiting lists are months if not years long. Not that I really want to send him there yet.

Yes! You are on maternity so therefore protected and entitled to a fair process. (Redundancy etc) as you can claim discrimination x
