The job centre don’t need to know you quit. You can explain the job didn’t work out.
At Maeve are you sure??? I thought you need to let them know....
They will see automatically from HMRC data that your earnings have changed. There is also an option to report a Change of Circumstances in your online account. Otherwise just keep quiet about your reasons and they never need to know 🤷🏻♀️
Unless someone who currently works for DWP/jobcentre has specifically told you that it is a requirement to explain exactly why you left a job in order to receive UC?
At Maeve no noone said that.I just assumed that it's the right thing to do....there's a part of me that thinks I need to take a risk because I was soo miserable in this job and practicly gave up but I worry about money.I m responsible for my child and i don't wnat her to fo without....
Best not to assume anything if you don’t want to cause yourself unnecessary problems 😉
You get deducted a certain amount per day for X amount of days depending on the level of the sanction they give you so you should still receive some money
