FET next week 🤞

I triggered this morning so have got my FET booked in for Tuesday eeek! So excited but so nervous, trying to stay positive and manifest and hope for the best. The embryo isn’t the best quality but trying not to worry about that. Anyone else transferring next week or have any tips for before and after the FET and the 2ww. 🩷

Best of luck to you! When I had my transfer the embryologist asked me if I wanted to know the grade- long story short I said no as I find it can negatively effect my mindset- anyway the consultant who done my transfer then said to me grading doesn’t matter/ if it’s good enough to be transferred or frozen then it’s good enough and that’s all there is to it! So try to keep the grading out of your mind it doesn’t matter Also I spent my 2 weeks relaxing when I could, I walked every day and tried to eat healthy (still had some treats) also worn Wooly socks(only took them off to shower) had acupuncture pre and post transfer too Hope it goes well for you xx

Good luck and lots of sticky baby dust …I have my lining check Monday and hopefully transfer the following week. Honestly try not to worry about grading as I know ladies with low grading and it worked and their high grades didn’t ….its 50/50 all the best lovely x

I would advise a really healthy diet and we were told no caffeine, no sugar and obviously no alcohol before or after the FET. Plenty of rest and taking it really easy. Sleep well and try to continue life as normal (as much as you can.) I also would recommend acupuncture to help. (I’m a complete convert to acupuncture throughout trying to conceive. Don’t test early, just wait until your clinic advises you to test and sending you the best best best of luck xxx

Hope you got ur BFP ….im currently 5dpt and at 2dpt I got a violent sickness bug …pretty sure I’m out as I haven’t had any symptoms and I got very dehydrated and couldn’t take my medication for one night due to the vomiting. X
