How safe is your journey to childcare?

Today we went to a new playgroup. We took pavements I have never been on. This was one of the pavements which is beside a busy road. Thankfully our buggy is narrow and we managed to squeeze through on the left hand side. But it got me thinking 🤔 Have you considered how you would get to childcare? While you are considering your options, have you done the journey you would do? Are there things that makes it unsafe? How would you navigate it? If you haven't got your car, will you still be able to get to childcare care? Making sure you are confident with the journey to childcare can make it a less stressful situation for you when that first day comes around!
